Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals to ensure project timelines are met. Oniqutes is not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary materials or responses.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are subject to the milestone schedules defined in the project proposal. A non-refundable deposit is typically required to commence work. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.

6. Warranties and Liability

While we strive for excellence and bug-free deliverables, Oniqutes provides services "as is" without any implied warranties of absolute uninterrupted perfection. Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract paid by the client.
